Credit for images.

I am wanting to use some images for my own web template downloaded from here:

http://www.webshapes.org/template/details/id/2007051410612494459

And I can't find anything on the page to say that i have to credit my images, but I want to ask here to make sure. I am just using the background image for this template.

Re: Credit for images.

I have to assume that the template is using open source images because most stock imagery available for purchase does not allow it to be distributed for reuse. But, to play it safe, you can always have a comment in your code (html, css, or php file) to notate the source.
